RBC – Local Plan Preferred Option Consultation
The Parish Council submitted two responses on 15 May and 19 May 2025 objecting to the inclusion of Lodge Farm as a ‘reasonable alternative scenario’.

Lodge Farm is not included in Rugby Borough Council’s preferred options for allocating houses in the Local Plan and it is hoped that the reasons given in the thousands of objection letters submitted to the consultation will mean that it is not allocated.
The Regulation 19 Submission Plan, which includes definite allocations for housing and employment, should be available in January 2026.
