New Councillor – Stuart Sheppard
We are delighted that Stuart has agreed to join the Parish Council.

Stuart was co-opted onto the Parish Council at the meeting on 4 October 2022. He moved to Willoughby in early 2020. You will have the opportunity to meet Stuart at Parish Council and Annual Community meetings. We now have five councillors after a lengthy period with only four.
