Proposed Submission Local Plan
Rugby Borough Council is consulting on its Proposed Submission Local Plan which sets out development proposals across the borough up to 2042.

The consultation runs from 30 January to 5.00pm on 13 March 2026. Residents can view the plan and supporting documents online on the RBC website or read paper copies at local libraries.
The focus is much narrower than before and all responses, either online or on paper, should be made using the Representation Form which is based on a template from the Planning Inspectorate.
